What does tooth and nail do in The Binding of Isaac?
Tooth & Nail is one of the Babies that Isaac's Fork is used for, as it does "spike" or "thorn" damage, creating more hearts once the monster is defeated.
Items are an integral part of the gameplay of The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth. They modify Isaac's attributes, grant or modify tear effects, and much more. The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth. The 1001% achievement unlocks when you've unlocked just about 276 secrets/achievements, the amount of total secrets that were available when Afterbirth was the latest version.

What is the max amount of hearts you can have in binding of Isaac?

Effect. Spawns a familiar which spawns friendly Blue Flies in a room with monsters when Isaac holds down a fire key. The initial blue fly will target a monster once nearby, in which Rotten Baby will lock its blue flies automatically onto the same one, immediately heading towards and damaging it until it dies.
